Important Update: Beginning March 2025, Amelia by the Sea will undergo vital structural improvements to ensure our property's long-term beauty and safety. While we're excited about these enhancements, we want to be upfront with you: construction work, including concrete and steel repairs, as well as balcony renovations, will create noise during daytime hours for approximately 12 months. During balcony work, access to your unit's balcony may be temporarily restricted or blocked. Construction Hours are 8am-5:30 M-F, no work on weekends.

We value your vacation experience and understand that peaceful oceanfront moments are precious. If you're considering a stay with us during this period, please factor this into your planning. Both of which, allow for ample seating for multiple individuals. Attention to detail is paid as you’ll see throughout with Stainless steel appliances in the kitchen and beautiful granite countertops and ceramic floors in the kitchen and baths. Need to wash that beachwear throughout the stay? There is a washer and dryer for your convenience which saves time and packing extra swimsuits.  Just because you’re on vacation it doesn’t mean you have to give up the comforts of home like you would in a hotel. Feel at home and make it your own!

Property amenities include an 800 ft fishing pier available to guests of the Amelia by the Sea with the bonus of NO FISHING LICENSE needed when fishing from this private, exclusive pier. There is a completely renovated oceanside swimming pool so you can get your sun there as well as on the beach.

About the Complex: Amelia by the Seas is a gated complex with open parking for a MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit. Please note that this is a RESIDENTIAL community, not a RESORT.

Quiet hours are in effect from 10 pm-9 am daily.
