Ketch Courtyard 405

This is a really great place. I hadn't realized that both bedrooms are at the entrance so they don't have an ocean view and are dark. But that meant we could sleep in and not be awakened by sunlight. The owner has obviously lived here and thought of so many little things that are convenient in a home. The kitchen has everything and it worked. The chairs and sofa in the living room were very comfortable. The two sets of adirondack chairs (one high and one low) were great on the porch. We wished there was a table to eat on but there isn't really enough room for a dining table on the balcony. We were worried that the fourth floor might not be high enough to see the beach and ocean. It was just high enough and fine. It's the top floor of the building. Other residents and guests were all nice. Of all the places we've stayed on Amelia Island, this is one of our favorites.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was so beautiful watching the sunrise over the ocean each morning and sitting with a glass of wine in the evenings. The condo was super clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely be back.

Melissa’s place was perfect! It was clean, comfortable, peaceful, and has a great view!
